Producer: Domaine Jean Rijckaert

Jean works with vineyards in the Macon and Jura. He owns several vineyards in the Jura and bottles these wines under the Domaine Rijckaert label, but also has a long-standing relationship with growers in Burgundy and, unusually, he is honest enough to state the name of the grower on the front of the label of these wines.

The grapes used for this wine are hand harvested. It is then barrel fermented on natural yeast and aged for two years.
