This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, it has to be by law to be called Chablis. These grapes are grown in a Premier Cru vineyard called ‘Vaillons’ The wine has fresh flavours of apples and melons and has a slightly waxy texture. It is a rich wine with a long aftertaste and no oak.
