Production information

Producer: Domaine Bouley

Winemaking at Domaine Bouley has been a family affair for the best part of 50 years. Everything here is done on a small scale which enables the family to make wine entirely themselves, from picking the grapes to sticking on the labels by hand. All the vineyards are located up on the hills at over 220 metres in altitude, and the grapes are drawn from 10 hectares across Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Monthelie and St. Romain.
