Production information

Producer: Domaine Boisson

Domaine Boisson - an utterly fantastic name for a French wine producer - is based in Cairanne, a village renowned for great value wines in the southern Rhone. The Boisson family - father Regis and son Bruno - farm 32ha, all but two of which are within this Cairanne AOC. Philip Cambie, the region's leading winemaking consultant advises in the cellar. Since the 80's it's been a process of continual improvement to the point where Robert Parker rates them as one of the Rhone's best value producers.

Production note

Grapes are fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks at controlled temperatures.
