Product guide note

In 1895 the Vicount De Castellane established his Champagne house and chose as his trademark emblem, the Cross of St. Andrew. Today the house is owned by Laurent Perrier who has long term contracts with vine growers to guarantee consistency and quality. The wine has fresh aromas of peaches and a touch of brioche and clean flavours of white fruit and hints of vanilla.

The red cross of Saint Andre is symbolic of over a century of history and family tradition, with the house established in 1895 by Vicompte Florens de Castellane. It is today owned by Champagne Laurent Perrier and although fully integrated into the LP family, De Castellane retains its traditional image and exists as a separate brand.

Production note

After the riddling process, a dosage of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is added. The wine is matured for 24 months in a cellar at the constant temperature of 12C before release.
