Chateau Viramiere has been family owned for 6 generations. Their membership of the St Emilion Union de Producteurs ensures they have access to the latest viticultural technology and enables them to produce wines of an incredibly high standard.

Production note

100% fermented in stainless steel vats after a pre-ferment maceration of one week. Pressed vertically for a very soft extraction. The wines of Chateau Viramiere benefit from an original automated receiving system for the grapes, using the gravity. The wines have their own stainless steel vats. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in vats where temperature is controlled. Long maceration during 10 days.
