The Courselle family know a thing or two about the terroir in Bordeaux. The family have been involved in winemaking for over 100 years. They pride themselves on producing Bordeaux wines full of typicity, elegance and flavour.

Production note

Skin contact maceration before pressing. The grape must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine is aged on the fine lees in the tanks prior to bottling.
