Production information

Producer: Chateau Peyrabon

Chateau Peyrabon is a Medoc property on the up. Owned by Bordeaux wine merchant Patrick Bernard, it is unusual as its vines are split between the Haut Medoc and Pauillac. In practice, it’s only the Haut-Medoc vines that are labelled Chateau Peyrabon. Bernard has invested heavily in the property since 1998 and has established it as one of the best wines in the Medoc outside of the 1855 classification, producing wines with all the hallmarks of top red Bordeaux: balance, purity, length and finesse.

Production note

Traditionnal winemaking, aged in barrels during 14 months (25% new)
