Production information

Producer: Chateau La Croix Ferrandat

Chateau La Croix Ferrandat is owned by the Union de Saint-Emilion, by far the largest producer on the right bank. With a huge portfolio of producers and growers, we are able to work closely with the UDPSE to produce wines aimed squarely at the UK market that really over-deliver for the price. With many wine lovers seeking right bank claret as a ‘default choice’ on a list, these are very handy wines to have around.

Production note

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats after maceration lasting one week. Pressed vertically for a very soft extraction.
