Production information

Producer: Cave de Ribeauville

Cave de Ribeauville is the oldest wine co-operative in France and it is currently going from strength to strength under the beady eye of Director Philippe Dry. A quality charter has been set up with the help of winemaker Evelyne Dondelinger and the 40 grape growers, to ensure low yields and only hand-picked grapes. With more than 260 hectares at its disposal encircling the ancient town of Ribeauville, this thoroughly modern co-op has access to the very best fruit for its classically balanced range of wines.

Production note

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25-35C for one week, the wine does not have any oak aging.
