Production note

The grapes from the two different vineyards were vinified separately. From the Adrianna Vineyard the fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 28°C with a total of 30 days maceration. From the Nicasia Vineyard the fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 30°C with a total of 29 days maceration. The wines then spent 18 months in 100% new French oak before being blended and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
