Product guide note

Considered the younger sibling of Brunello di Montalcino, this wine is also made from the Sangiovese grape variety (pronounced Sanjee-ohvaysee). It is dry with a round velvety body. Ripe red cherry and plum fruit flavours with hints of violets.

Production note

The selected grapes are vinified with an average maceration of 7-10 days. After an ageing period of 10-12 months, partially in barriques and partially in large oak barrels, follows an additional 6 months in bottle before release.
