Production note

This wine is made using the traditional Burgundy method: de-stemmed and crushed, cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by a 2 week fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Part of the juice is then aged in Burgundy French oak barrels, the rest is kept in tank.
