Product guide note

This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and indigenous Italian grapes. It has aromas of citrus and some minerality. It has flavours of pears, honey and has a floral note. As it ages the flavours of this wine will grow more complex.

Producer: Bastianich

Bastianich is located in Friuli and specialises in local grapes such as Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. The house style is very fresh and crisp with lots of aromatic fruit, making the wines ideal for a wide range of foods and cuisines. The wines are already rated amongst the top in the region with Vespa Bianco having been awarded Tre Bicchieri in the Gambero Rosso no fewer than 6 times! Joe also owns La Mozza based in Tuscany. The bold intense wines are the perfect foil to the fresh flavours of Friuli.
