Producer: Alois Lageder

Located in the German-speaking village of Magreid in the mountains of Alto Adige, Lageder runs his domaine on a completely sustainable basis. The vines (which have been farmed biodynamically since 2004) enjoy a long, sunny growing season with warm days and cool nights that help to preserve both the grapes' natural aromas and acidity.

Fermentation and extended maceration for 18 days in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 12 months in barriques (Nevers, Alliers and Vosges, one third new).
