Production information

Producer: Adega Algueira

Adega Algueira is responsible for producing some of the most interesting and esoteric wines this side of the equator. Production note

Treaded by feet followed by barrel fermentation with the stems. There is then a short post-fermentative maceration, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels during the ageing (less than a year).
