Wines are fermented separately then blended. Second fermentation is temperature controlled and is made in stainless steel tanks during 4 Weeks based on Charmat Methode.

This is a light and refreshing sparkling wine which comes from France but cannot be called Champagne because only wine from the Champagne region is allowed to have this name. This has appley and peachy flavours and aromas and is dry and crisp.
