This wine comes from the St Émilion sub-region in Bordeaux in Southwest France. Like many wines from the region it is made predominantly from Merlot grapes with the addition of another grape variety called Cabernet Franc. The wine is medium bodied with red cherry and plum fruit flavours and cedar spice notes.
