A lovely presence of fine and crunchy fruit on the nose. On the palate, pure black fruits, with a fine mineral and liquorice component. Rounded, fat, with a gentle grip. Complex fruit, with elements of smoke, tobacco and cigars. The tannins are however rather gentle and delectable.

This wine is from Pessac-Leognan and is a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has aromas of leather, cedar and smoke with elegant flavours of dark black cherry and liquorice. The wine has a velvety mouth feel with lasting flavours of chocolate and spice.
