Greeny-gold in colour. Bursting with peach & pear aromas & flowers (acacia & honeysuckle, scotch broom) as well as almonds, honey & gun-flint. A dry wine which is also round, soft and fruity.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Partial maturing for 10 months in barrels, 20% of these being new.
