Cahors Chateau du Caillau 2009

This is An absolutely fantastic wine that blends Malbec and Merlot. It has a deep colour, structure and tannin with a complex yet soft bouquet of cherry, cassis and blackberry. Although it can be enjoyed young, it ages very well.
