The nose here has an elegant aromatic intensity that opens with fruity aromas of plum, blackberry, and nuts, along with interesting chocolate and toast notes. It has a very juicy palate, with an attractive concentration of red and black fruit matched by smooth, fine tannins.
100% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 17-20 days, strict temperatures to preserve aromatic intensity. 4 to 6 pumpovers to move 50–100% of volume as determined by enological tastings
50% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

Elegant and aromatic, this wine opens with aromas of plum, blackberry and nuts and finishes with soft, round tannins.
