The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is very intense and complex on the nose, this wine has standout fruit aromas that include notes of red currant, strawberry, blueberry and a subtle touch of cassis leading to a chocolatey quality and revealing an interesting note of vanilla and coffee from barrel aging.
A 3-day maceration, 100% of the grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. During fermentation, 4 to 6 pumpovers to move 50% to 100% of the volume, as determined by enological tasting.
70% of the blend is aged in barrels for 8 to 10 months.

Cabernet Sauvignon is known as the king of grapes because wherever it’s grown it is capable of producing great wine. This wine has very distinctive blackcurrant flavours and aromas and sometimes some hints of mint, cassis and cedarwood. Very good balance between the fruit and light notes of oak.
