Chilcas Reserva Chardonnay 2009 is a golden yellow colour, with silver tones and green highlights. This Chardonnay Reserva stands out with its pear and tropical fruit aromas, accompanied by subtle touches of toast, honey, and a soft mineral note. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with good viscosity, a pleasant structure and refreshing acidity.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. After alcoholic fermentation, 40% was barrel-aged for 8 months. The wine was stabilised, then earth-filtered before being bottled

This is a ripe and rounded Chardonnay with oaky hints of vanilla. It is also refreshing and crisp with flavours and aromas of crisp, green apples and some tropical fruit and pineapples.
