Drier than many Zinfandel rosés, this nevertheless has plenty of raspberry, strawberry and watermelon fruit flavours. Juicy and light, it has a refreshing bright acidity on the finish.
A cap and drain method is used which allows the wine contact with the skins for 6 hours before pressing. This gives the wine a darker colour as well as extracting a greater amount of fruit flavours

As well as red wine, the Zinfandel grape is also used to make a full-bodied rosé. It’s got a bit of sweetness for those that don’t want the dry style of rosé. It’s also very easy-drinking with subtle flavours.
