Deep opaque purple with bright blackcurrant and blueberry fruits with subtle hints of beetroot, mushroom and cedary oak. On the palate there's intense purple berry flavours with hints of apple and rhubarb. Lively, medium bodied, and framed by long dusty tannins.

Fermentation: Temperature controlled (20- 28 degrees) with regular mixing to ensure full colour and fl avour extraction from the skins.
Oak Maturation: 2-5 year old French and American oak for 13 months. Of this blend, 30% was matured in stainless steel to retain the fruits fresh aromatics and vibrancy.
