The major portion of this wine was fermented and aged in French oak barriques, some of these being intermittently stirred. A small portion was fermented in stainless steel vessels to enhance the wine’s fresh fruity lift. The wine was kept on lees for 10 months, then blended and bottled.
Prees Shardonnay
This is a great example of Aussie Chardonnay. It has melon and peachy aromas and is rich and smooth. Because it has some subtle oak character it has some creamy vanilla aromas also. You might also pick up some tropical fruit flavours.
