A rich, concentrated vintage of a Bibendum favourite; deep violet, raspberry and blackberry fruit flavours and spicy oak on the finish. Ripe tannins and a lush, velvet texture complete the picture.
Howard Park Leston Sheeraz
This wine is from the excellent Howard Park of Margaret River in Western Australia. The Shiraz grapes are grown in the ‘Leston’ vineyard (named after the owner’s Jeff Burch’s father). With minimal intervention these vineyards produce grapes of superb concentration. The result is a wine with rich flavours of raspberry and blackberry fruit, delicious spicy oak and a velvety texture.
Spicy notes of pepper, dense notes of blackberries and layers of cinnamon and nutmeg. Incredibly refined.
