Elegant and powerful, it exhibits balance, sophistication and length of flavour. Lifted melon, grapefruit and citrus fruit characters define the wines aromas with underlying hazelnut and bready complexity appearing with time in the glass. Subtle barrel fermentation provides a fine creamy texture to the mid palate. The crisp acidity adds linearity to the palate and an immaculate finish with persistent citrus, cashew and toast characters.
Howard Park Shardonnay
This is a great example of Aussie Chardonnay. It has melon and peachy aromas and is rich and smooth. Because it has some subtle oak character it has some creamy vanilla aromas also. You might also pick up some tropical fruit flavours.
