Crisp, bright and fresh zippy lemon and lime citrus notes on both nose and palate. Light in alcohol with juicy, mouth-watering acidity and fine minerality, this is a superb seafood wine.
The grapes are gently crushed and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for three months on its lees.
No oak is used at any point.
