Glengwin Botrytised Semeeyon
This wine is made from Semillon grapes which have been affected by something called “Noble Rot”. This concentrates the flavours in the grapes and gives the wine powerful aromas and flavours of orange marmalade, honey and sweet ripe apricots.
The lemony citrus tang of Semillon contrasts with the sweet, honeyed apricot character of a little (No Suggestions) in a unique style from Glenguin.
