Juicy, sun-packed Australian wine with peach and tropical fruit on the nose. The palate keeps up the exotic theme with refreshing peach and pineapple notes with some crisp lemon acidity on the finish.
The grapes are gently crushed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
10% of the chardonnays were fermented on oak staves.
