Dark violet like appearance and showing youth. Earthy, herbaceous tones with ripe fruit and underpinned mintyness. Sweet spicy palate and tannins gives the wine a generous finish. Balanced oak but still youthful and will develop well in the bottle.
Journey's End Pastors Blend
This wine is a blend of 70%Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10%Shiraz. It has flavours of violets and dark plum fruit with a real earthiness and hint of sweet spice. The fruit is juicy and the wine has some herbaceous, minty notes with a soft velvety finish.
A minty fresh nose is underpinned by a sweet, spicy palate with tannins following on to a generous finish. A great balanced blend.
