A fantastic Sauvignon Blanc with green grassy aromas on the nose and concentrated tropical fruit flavours with hints of green pepper. The crisp, lively acidity sparkles on the palate.
Handpicked early morning, 15th February packed with dry ice and transported to the Franschhoek Cellar to be crushed.
The grapes were crushed with 18 hours skin contact. Settling took place over a 2 day period and fermentation at 10-13 °C for 29 days.
Lees contact for 5 months with the lees been stirred up once a week prior to bottling.

This is a fresh and fruity wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. It has intense tropical fruit flavours of passion fruit and mango along with lively citrus notes to keep it very refreshing.
Made from the grapes grown at Fisante Kraal Farm; refined citrus fruit with a mineral spice of acidity that produces an elegant finish.
