A truly complex, super-fragrant and layered wine filled with blackberries, black currants, cherries, liquorice, cinnamon chocolate powder, toffee and the minerals of this wonderful river bank. In the mouth it is powerful but elegant and complex with nice ripe and firm tannins and an excellent lingering finish.
Taboolla
This wine comes from Ribera del Duero, not too far from Rioja, and is predominantly made from the Tempranillo grape. It is a very complex wine with layers of different flavours. There are flavours of berries, liquorice, toffee, cinnamon and juicy blackcurrants with a soft and elegant yet long aftertaste.
Blackberry and damson fruit flavours on nose and palate with a rich, almost raisined quality and sweet vanilla oak finish.

Bodegas Tabula farms 22 hectares of limestone rich soil in Olivares de Duero, between Valladolid and Penafiel, on the far western side of the Ribera del Duero DO. In this part of the Ribera del Duero some of the most famous wines of Spain are made, and Tabula is an important part of the scene.
At Tabula there is one important philosophy: to make the best quality wines that express the authentic terroir of la Ribera. Very old vines, the latest technology, French oak vats for malolactic fermentation, the double selection of grapes, first in the vineyard and again in the winery, plus very limited production - a winemaker's dream.
