This is a blend of two grape varieties; Syrah (also known as Shiraz) and Garnacha. It is rich and concentrated with ripe, red fruit flavours and hints of spicy blackberries, plums and oak. It’s from the family estate of the Marquis de Grignon.
Ripe plums, violets, and caramel accompanied by mineral and lightly spiced notes; real complexity with plenty of ripe fruit, backed up by soft tannins.

Producing wines from classic varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah, alongside Spanish varieties such as Garnacha, the wines of Valdepusa are big and bold. Packed full of ripe red fruits, slick, silky tannins and oozing elegance, these cracking wines are great examples of the quality that Spain is producing, even in a lesser known region such as Montes de Toledo.
