Quite deep and powerful for rose with real weight, balance, and acidity. The palate is refreshing and juicy with the barest hint of tannin supporting the juicy ripe red berry notes.
Light crush, each varietal is vinified separately in temperature controlled stainless steel. Maceration for 12-14 days to maximise extraction. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
No oak is used at any point.

This is quite deep and powerful for a rosé, with refreshing and juicy flavours of ripe, red berries. It’s made from a blend of mainly Garnacha with a bit of Syrah (Shiraz) to add some spiciness.
Very fruity with plenty of red berry fruit to the fore and tropical notes coming through on nose and palate, rounded and supple.
