The nose is fruity, slightly floral and pleasant; particularly crisp and balanced palate.
Careful grape selection which are destalked and cooled. 4-5 hours maceration on skins to encourage aroma extraction. Carefully pressed using a bladder press and fermented in stainless steel at 18°C.
There follows a short period of refinement in stainless steel before bottling, in order to enhance the wine’s crispness and fruitiness.

As well as white wine, the Pinot Grigio grape is also used to make a very pale rosé. It’s got just a bit of sweetness to make it soft and very easy-drinking, it also has subtle flavours of raspberry and strawberry.
