What is remarkable about this Pinot Grigio is undoubtedly its slightly pink colour, reminiscent of the grapes from which it is made. The nose is fruity, slightly floral and pleasant; particularly crisp and balanced palate.
After harvesting; vinification is carried out without presence of grape skins. This wine is fermented at low temperature to retain the bright summer-fruit flavours.
The young wine was then drawn off the skin and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

As well as white wine, the Pinot Grigio grape is also used to make a very pale rosé. It’s got just a bit of sweetness to make it soft and very easy-drinking, it also has subtle flavours of raspberry and strawberry.
