Fiano is an indigenous grape variety to southern Italy and this is a very fruity and refreshing example with aromatic peach and passion fruit flavours. With age the wine will develop a honeyed and nutty character.
Crio maceration at 8°C for 12 hours of the grape, sort pressature, fermentation at 16°C.
10% has been oak fermented.
