The grapes are destemmed, lightly crushed and transferred to stainless steel tanks for maceration. After racking fermentation takes places at a temperature not exceeding 20°C.
The wine is then stored underground in constant low temperature tanks to preserve the characteristic aromas before bottling.
Chepp-eye-ah-no Rozartoh
From a coastal region in Tuscany (central Italy), this rosé is made mostly from the local Sangiovese (pron. Sanjeeohvayzee) grape along with a small proportion of Syrah. It is crisp and dry with fresh strawberry and peach aromas and a touch of spice on the finish.
Fresh cherry fruit with a hint of creaminess and lovely crisp acidity.

Located near Livorno on the Tuscan Coast, south of Pisa, the estate was founded in the 19th Century by the Castellani family who still own it today. The family connection is reinforced by the stunning labels which replicate the artwork of Violette Viole, a 1960s Italian artist and the mother-in-law of winemaker Piergiorgio Castellani.
The wines blend Sangiovese with Tuscany’s now favourite foreigners - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - to great effect in a style that is both instantly familiar to drinkers but also unmistakeably Tuscan. Our very own Baby Super Tuscan.
