There is wonderful depth and definition in the glass, along with a round, rich finish. Mint, flowers and herbs reappear on the close, rounding out the wine beautifully.

18-20 day fermentation on skin in small temperature regulated fermentation vats at 21°C, with daily pump overs.
The wine is then aged for 4 months in barriques and subsequently aged in bottles before release.

This Syrah (also known as Shiraz) is a full bodied wine from the south of Italy. It is full of flavours of peppery spice and some jammy red fruit. It would be great with meat dishes.
