Clare Valley

To the north of Adelaide and slightly smaller than the Barossa, lies the Clare Valley. The high altitude vineyards make the perfect growing conditions for intense, lime flavoured Riesling, some of Australia’s finest. The reds, including fantastic expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, are also making an impressive showing.
