The land of grand Chateaux and even grander wines, Bordeaux makes some of the world’s most sought-after bottles. The reds usually (and deservedly) get the most focus but there are some brilliant dry and sweet whites too – normally made from Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle.
