Beaujolais

Beaujolais used to be famous for Beaujolais Nouveau, the thin, acidic, just-made wine that is released every November after the harvest. Not anymore. The region is quickly becoming better known for the outstanding, juicy reds that are produced in its 10 Cru villages.
