Stonier
Pinot Noir & Chardonnay Specialists
Located on the Mornington Peninsula across Port Philip Bay from Melbourne, Stonier is home to one of the most stunning views in Aussie wine. One of the first wineries in the region, Stonier was established in 1978 by the Brian Stonier family, who were pioneers of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in this coastal region. Over 30 years later, the Stonier name is recognised as a world class producer of exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Winemaker Mike Symon’s focus is on producing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines of intrinsic structure, elegance and complexity. The wines are also perfectly placed to benefit as consumer tastes move away from big, jammy Aussie fruit bombs and towards lighter, elegant, more refreshing wines like these.
“Looked at across the range, Stonier is considered the pre-eminent winery in the Mornington Peninsula.” James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion

Pinot Perfection
Not many wineries would have the confidence to pitch their wines against others from around the world – yet that’s what Stonier do every year with their International Pinot Noir Tasting in Australia and now in London. Read all about it on Bibendum Times.
