Bibendum work very closely with the team here at Jubilum to produce clean, modern - but typically Sicilian wines. With a mix of both native and international varieties, Jubilum is one of the region’s most forward looking producers, with stainless steel at every turn, state-of-the-art analysis labs and screwcap bottling lines - you name it, they've got it.

The soil is the typical “sciara”, a mixture of lava that came from various eruptions of the past centuries, with the vineyards situated at about 600m above sea level, surrounded by lush orange groves and orchards. The perfect home for both the Pinot Nero and Syrah grapes.
