Based in Montsant, the small underrated wine region that encircles Priorat, Etim produce some of the best value wines of the Bibendum portfolio. These wines are classic modern Spain: fresh, ripe, forward and full of delicious fruit.

The winemaking here is where the traditional meets the modern. The state of the art winery is packed full of the latest equipment, whilst traditional viticulture survives through an underlying philosophy of growing high quality indigenous varieties, with as little intervention with the grapes through the winemaking process as possible.
