Domaine Rolly-Gassmann

Rolly-Gassmann is an old, family-run domaine with roots that stretch back to 1676. The domaine’s name is actual a double-barreled surname that came about with the marriage of a Miss Rolly to a Mr Gassmann.

The vines are farmed using organic principles (although the family have never sought certification) and the range has a distinct house style.  Ripeness is eveything at Rolly-Gassmann and the wines are among the richest in Alsace with a distinct sweet edge. Balance is impeccably maintained by the vibrant acidity that underpins the fruit.
