Bibendum's new chosen Charity for 2008/09 is the Multiple Sclerosis Society. We raised our first £1000 when we had a 'Wax On, Wax Off' event, organised by our slightly vindictive yet charitable Receptionist. It started with a rather hairy-chested Prestige Sales Manager, and concluded with the same Manager, minus the hairy chest! General consensus was that it was painful enough just witnessing the waxing, so hats off to the all-new streamlined Jamie. Yet it was such bizarrely compulsive viewing that many passers-by stopped for a good look.
Four of our team are bravely stepping up to take on the challenge of the London Marathon this year, and we have a target of £20,000 to raise by the end of the year. If you would like to sponsor them or find out more about it please email us.
